Meeting opened at 6:35 p.m. by acting president Jack Koo.
Secretaries report read and accepted.
Dick Haynes reported on APO - GSS mixer. It was remarked that pledges outnumbered active members at the mixer.
Treasures report read and accepted with Notes made that those not paying C.A. would be built. It was noted that nonpayment of C.A. fee does not affect brother's standing.
Mark Cheren told plans for party on the 15th. It was decided it would not be a masquerade party. Members would "come as they please". Part of a Saturday, December 15 8 p.m.

Will Wilkinson reported on board of review to be held tomorrow. the 11th. He gave examples of questions to be as, attitudes of pledges to be considered -- in general, the way the board of review will be conducted. Somebody would make remarks on the candidates and ghosts in general. It will also discuss the big brother -- little brother "session" to be held after the meeting.
Lorin announced coat checking for Friday the 10th. John Childs, Al Howard, Charlie Thomas said they would be available.
George Cusson reported on the financials for the APO -- GSS mixer.
